James D. LaRue Architects  has completed an amazing project of residential Westlake Drive house in Austin, Texas. The elegant building is located on a steep slope and a bridged entry leads directly into a glass-walled living area that overlooks the expansive golf course below. The total area of ​​Westlake Drive is 440 sq.m. The mansion consists of three separate blocks, which are connected by bridges, bays and even a mini-streets. On the territory there is also a beautiful garden. Stone structures are distinguished by a large number of windows and glass elements (bridges, terraces and stairs), which creates an interesting contrast between the brutality and fragility, the massiveness and weightlessness. And despite all its architectural complexity and intricacy, the mansion Westlake Drive blends well with the surrounding nature.

Luxury Can Siurell Villa Interiors by Curve Interior Design

Can Siurell Villa is located just above Port Andratx overlooking the Mediterranean coast. You can see a great contrast between classic Mallorcan-style exterior and contemporary luxury interiors. The fact is that two different design studios have created this beautiful masterpiece. The interiors were developed by Manchester-based Curve Interior Design while the exterior was designed by PH Mallorca. The heart of the mansion is a living room, which is integrated with dining area. Ninety7 @ Siglap by Aamer Architects

This fantastic luxury house by Aamer Architects is located in Singapore. Called Ninety7 @ Siglap, it was inspired by breathtaking views of the city  from atop Siglap Hill. The three-storeyed house attracts attention thanks to its curved geometric shapes, contemporary white facade and plenty of greenery. On the first floor there are 2  ‘Cabana’ bedrooms that provide access to the open terrace and a beautiful swimming pool. Living and dining areas are situated on the second floor and also lead to external verandas / terraces. And the top level includes master and family bedrooms where the owners could enjoy the most magnificent views. This project is a winner of the 2011 SIA Architectural Design Award in the category Individual House.

The Renovated and Expanded Bellevue Club by Baylis Architects

In the Bellevue Club you can find a social and fitness club, library, sport courts and hotel under one roof. The authors of renovation and expansion were Baylis Architects. Located in Bellevue, Washington, the club consists of three  floors. While maintaining full operation for its 3,000 members, the club had a 35,000 SF expansion. The expansion included new yoga, kinesis, pilates and fitness studios. A new library and outdoor Zen garden provide diverse settings for relaxing social space and additional bathrooms and elevator were added for convenience. The concept of the project, inspired by Asian northwest architecture, combines such elements as sloped roofs with large overhangs, cedar siding, stucco finish, and a horizontal window mullion pattern.

Brick And White by Salvador Cejudo

Brick and white mansion is a beautiful combination of contemporary and traditional design ideas. Designed by Salvador Cejudo architects, the residence is located in Sevilla, Spain not far from one of the best golf courses in Spain, namely Real Club de Golf de Sevilla. The customers wanted every room at the house to provide views to the green lake, and sun, to the south. In fact, the mansion is divided into two blocks. In the first one there is a living room, a guest bedroom and studio (above these two rooms there is a terrace with a garden), and on the second floor you’’ll find a bedroom, a dressing room and bathroom. In another block, facing the street, on a ground floor kitchen and service rooms are situated, while the second has three bedrooms with dressing rooms and bathrooms.
