Bedroom is a place where we have a rest, spend most of our time, and therefore you should pay maximum attention to design. The minimalist style is perfectly suited for those who are tired of the abundance of color and impressions. Colors are usually gray-black and white or beige. The beauty and luxury of sculptural forms and materials are in the foreground. Romantic style is also very popular. Lots of textiles in the interior of a bedroom will create the desired atmosphere of comfort. Choose elegant and fantastic fabrics such as velvet, silk, satin. And of course the main item in the bedroom interior is bed. All other items of furniture in this room should attract as little attention and take so little space. According to experts, the most "erotic" is a circular bed.

Contemporary Black and White Bathroom Design

Bathrooms aren’t only technical room in modern houses. Now it’s cool to use paintings, modern furniture and materials for decoration of bathrooms. Black and white design is a classic. Graphically, contrasting black and white interior will always look stylish and elegant. Clean lines and geometric figures, that are always present in the bathroom, especially accentuate the contrast of black and white. Of course, in order to create comfort in your new black and white bathroom, it is appropriate to add cozy and pleasant things: candles, accessories, mirrors, curtains, original lighting elements. And when you make a black and white design, it is important to keep balance, to preserve the harmony of shapes, lines and colors.
Luxury Mansion in the Cayman Islands

This amazing 45,000 square foot house is located in the Cayman Islands. This grand and elaborate mansion belongs to a 35 year old Jerry Beck who is software billionaire. The price of this project is $ 60 million. The house impresses with its luxury and is one of the most magnificent houses I have ever seen. The residence feature wine room, home theater, lavish billiards room with custom made bar, gym, steam room, spa, staff quarters, tennis court, helipad, spectacular views of the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea and much more. We especially love the back of the house with the panoramic windows, huge swimming pool with grotto (like in the Playboy Mansion) and caves. 
Cozy Interior with Country Style

Urban bustle, constant stresses are familiar to every inhabitant of the city. And so when we come home, we want comfort, quietness and closeness to nature first of all. Country style helps us to create coziness. This style appeared in England in the early last century. Cozy and beautiful houses in the English villages, with their hedges, flower gardens and paved paths have been decorated in this style. And now it’s also popular. To create interior of the country style you should use natural materials, such as paving tiles or decorative stone, massive wooden floorboards for floor and decorative plaster or wood for walls. Accessories are very important. There are lots of interesting objects: lamp shades, porcelain figurines, dishes with floral ornaments that will bring sense of warmth and coziness. And don’t forget about lots of flowers.
Unique Casa Son Vida 1 by tecARCHITECTURE & Marcel Wanders Studio

This luxury villa is located approximately 15 minutes from Palma and breaks the traditional Mediterranean style. It’s called the Casa Son Vida 1 because it was the first experience of creating a project of this class at the resort, making Mallorca a new destination for those in search of design exploration and inspiration. It was designed by tecARCHITECTURE & Marcel Wanders Studio and there’s nothing conventional in the house. Looking at villa from above, you will see big colorful fish in matching blue water, exterior of the home also feature paintings. Huge swimming pool and amazing views of the landscape simply dazzle. Inside you will see many unusual statues, some walls are decorated with gold, mosaics.
Cranford Residence by Herron Horton Architects

This is a previous project by Herron Horton Architects that they’ve done before the Carlton Residence that we have already reviewed. The owner of this house, George Fisher, calls it the Birds Sanctuary for the amazing fauna at that location, including hawks, cardinals and woodpeckers. And the neighbors are a family of groundhogs. To keep the nature of this site intact, the house was built using only green materials: non-toxic paint, bamboo flooring and energy star appliances. The interior echoes with outside’s brown metal panels and that seems to be an advantage. Brown and white walls help to create a very cozy and calm atmosphere.
Carlton Residence in Paron, Arkansas

The Carlton Residence is built on calm seven-acres big lush valley full of beatuful trees and lawns. The Herron Horton Architects were asked to design a contemporary home that would consist of clean lines, have no clutter and overlook the valley. The mission was accomplished and the usage of green and blue appliances and furniture make the house warm and welcoming. The house is inhabitated by the young family with two kids which is why it’s featured by two great child bedrooms, the cerulean blue one with circles and the lime green one with rectangles. The children bedrooms however can easily be transformed as the kids grow up just by removing the wall decorations. The inner space is very well connected with outside with those big glass facades and colours reminding of the blue sky and green grass.
River Road Project by Huges Umbanhowar Architects

This cool house was built in 2008 on the picturesque location in the small town of Sewall Point, Florida. Externally the house is an amalgamation of many separate interlocking rectilinear volumes. The blocks are built of different materials – some of them are of Italian limestone, some are of glass and aluminum. Frankenstein was created with a similar approach, however this building is beautiful and that is a result of very thorough architect’s work. Interior of the house echoes with the outside look. An abundance of mahogany framed windows lets plenty of sunlight in and reveals dramatic views to the water. To further unite the inner space with the exterior courtyard the bulthaup kitchen is enhanced by a sliding glass wall. For more information visit Huges Umbanhowar Architects website here.
