Stuck Chair by Oato
Stuck chair was published in South Korean magazin and designed by oato. At first glance at the chair it seems that the design lacks certain details in order to make it sustainable. It causes "the kind of surprise element that is creating due to the fact that people expect the chair to have additional supports, but when they look underneath they won’t find any". In fact, the ruse of design is that all elements of a chair were taken apart and then put back together. In such construction each element plays an important and necessary role. Stuck chair is made of oak wood and powder coated steel.

Modular System "Unica" for Assembling a Chair to your Taste
Italian company Donati has developed a unique product - a perfect solution for any customer. They offer a modular system "Unica" to create an original chair. The main advantage is that the chair can have a personalized decorative cut design due to the use of die-casted aluminum shell. But it is also very important that the chair can be assembled in different ways using the wide range of different bases (legs, wheels, rotating or non-rotating, barstool, bench-style bases, in white, wood or steel) and backrests. Now we can see that the epoch of new furniture has come when the clients themselves can construct the furniture for their needs and to their tastes.

Evaluative seat with a plane panel by Marc Venot
This creative Elavate seating was designed by Marc Venot (France). At first it was a task from FLOWN to work on plane panel with windows which are used to cover the inside of the plane. Suddenly the idea was born to use this panel to create a new product. Because the most obvious thing is to sit next to the panel, it was decided to use it for seating. The design of the seat offers different compositions: it can be just single easy chair or sofa, or even composition for airport hall. The composition is made of contrast materials to show the difference between inside and outside atmosphere: the strong and smooth panel on the one hand and soft, warm sofa – on the other.

Sam Weller's 'Snelson Stool' without any Screw or Nail
Sam Weller is a British designer who was always interested in mechanics and engineering. He has developed 'the snelson stool' on the basic of the principles of tensegrity, and more precisely inspired by sculptural works of Kenneth Snelson’s. Different american hardwoods are used in the construction, among them are white oak, cherry, black walnut and ash, which are distinguished by their strength. Through the use of different types of wood a variety of color variations of the chairs is available. The combination of colors leads to an unexpectedly elegant and beautiful results.
