Modern apartment design by DEN Architecture

Company DEN Architecture completed the interior design of an apartment in Miami, Florida. Young couple from Central America purchased this modern apartment in a prestigious building from the late 70s. An outdated plan needed the urgent intervention. Modern furniture and built in wardrobes do not press on the space, contrasting colors add originality. The main colors, used in the project, are classical for Central America design - the deep dark earth tones, mixed with a rich timber and diluted with bright red accents.

Old Attic Renovation Design by Studio Damilano

Attic apartment is the rather old building located in Northern Italy. It was built in 1910. So much has been done by Studio Damilano architects to change the look of this old apartment room. But they changed it without changing the structure of existing building. The apartment has lots of unusual angles and it influences the design concept much. The 240 sq m living space is divided into the two bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms and kitchen. Every single room impresses by the sophisticated design. The sleeping area is designed as an independent unit. The bed and bath, separated by a glass wall, create two areas to relax. Part of empty space can be put a classical musical instrument and will add more modern and comfortable atmosphere. The architects managed to create an attic apartment space that embraces the oddness of the shape of the interior.

Small Valentine Apartment by ECDM

French architects from Emmanuel Combarel Dominique Marrec successfully worked on the transformation of 50 sq.m. apartment. The main strategy was to create the most open space and additional room. The project is called the Valentine Apartment and its main feature is white cube in the centre. Previously, there was the artist's studio, so the layout of the apartment is quite unusual. One-storey apartment was divided into two levels due to high ceilings. Adhering to the original ideas, work on the remodeling embodies the concept of freedom. Thus, the unusual bedroom in the form of a floating in the air cube became the heart of the apartment. Moreover, the extra room does not limited space bud add originality of interior.
