Bernardo Rodrigues Arquitecto: House on the flight of birds

Portuguese architectural studio Bernardo Rodrigues Arquitecto has completed its work on a project called ?House on the flight of birds?. It was designed for one family. The site is located on the island of San Miguel, which is part of the Azores Archipelago in Portugal. Design strategy was formed under the influence of the rich natural landscape and climatic conditions. A new project aims at preserving the relationship with a wonderful outside world. Several covered terraces of various sizes, as well as wavy patios, which you will find on the roof, create the expression. You can see beautiful contrast of white and red. The corridors are protected by glass. So the weather will not prevent from comfortable living.

Extraordinary Residence by Burr and McCallum Architects

This outstanding house was built in West Stockbridge, Massachusetts for famous art. The authors of the project were specialists from Burr and McCallum Architects, the project received the name Berkshires XIII House. The house is situated on the sloping slope and has very unusual shape. Due to triple-glazed windows the house has an increased system heat and sound insulation. In addition, the house uses for its own purposes geothermal sources, which makes it very environmentally friendly and energy efficient. The residence even received the Energy Star program?s highest rating. A special attention was paid to landscape design - there are plenty of lawns, plants and several ponds outside.

Beautiful Mountain House by Alric Galindez Architects

S residence, located in Bariloche, Argentina, is an amazing house, towering above the valley of the river. It was designed by the company Alric Galindez Architects. Now this stunning house is an integral part of the landscape of this beautiful place. The house consists of several volumes, each of them has an excellent representation of the area. There are some parts that are intended for permanent dwelling, for guests accommodation and other needs. The main decoration material for the facade of the building became a local gray stone, which in some places complemented by local wood. Interiors are very modern, designed in white color, which contrasts favorably with contemporary furnishings and appliances.
