Furniture Series of Carbon Fiber by IL HOON ROH
Designers from IL HOON ROH studio have presented the advantages and opportunities of carbon fiber in the SaloneSatellite (Milan). Table Ramus M1, as well as the benches, stools and low tables from the furniture Series Rami are made with the use of carbon fiber. Due to the material the lightness and solidity are assigned to the construction. The furniture has one more distinctive feature: durability of the material is combined with an unusual structure, borrowed from the branches of the trees (from the Latin "ramus" is a branch). The basis of the furniture Rami is woven with the use of more than a kilometer of the carbon fiber thread. Their final shapes are organized in the manufacturing process. So the pattern is not known beforehand. The Series is not over yet, so we will wait for new products.

Contemporary furniture collection: Nika Zupanc’s Self Discipline Installation

Furniture collection «Selfdiscipline» was presented by Slovenian designer Nika Zupanc. It’s ascetic with overtones of luxury, and elegant and feminine while keeping an unblinking eye on function and purpose. Unveiled during Milan Furniture Fair in April, this glossy retro style collection comprises a writing desk, a chair, a wardrobe and lighting. The Pompon Lamp features gold strings which one wants to touch. The Homework desk offers very interesting way of storage. Turn your table into a source of curiosity, because everybody wants to know what you are hiding in those mysterious folders. A wardrobe is the usual and convenient way to store documents, useful things and even clothing. The Homework Cabinet resembles a accordion, whose size varies as the filling. The Homework Chair features hi-tech yet retro-look mechanism zooms in and out with the help of a sleek handle, while the brass wheels dance all over the place.

Luxury Robber Baron collection by Studio Job

Studio Job designed furniture collection called Robber Baron. Five monumental cast bronze objects unite the stylized elements of the world-famous attractions, as well as represent the industrial power, wealth and corruption. The collection includes the dresser, mantel clocks, table, floor lamp, and a safe for jewelry. Each item produced in quantities of five items exclusively for Moss. For, example, the table embodies the plant and the architecture of the early 20th century, including the AEG factory of Peter Behrens, as well as building of Battersea Power Station in London. In general, each item looks original and will add luxury in any interior.
