Magnificent house

Wessels Joyce Associates has completed a project of a house they designed in Knysna, South Africa. The mansion consists of a few blocks and has a very open plan. You can see on photos all of exterior is glassed, that creates a feeling of lightness and provides magnificent views everywhere. The interior is designed in modern style, bright colors are dominated there, but dark accents like columns, fireplaces or textiles add some originality. We have already reviewed the Fish House by Guz Architects, and now present another project of these talented designers. The houses have much in common and it is difficult to say which one is more beautiful. The Meera House is located on the island of Sentosa adjacent to Singapore and amazes with its magnificence. Looking from above, the house is like a green oasis, because roof and terraces are covered with grass and some trees. But this is not the only outstanding feature of this splendid design. Beautiful view of the water, the incredible staircase and swimming pool separated by glass walls are also impressed by their originality. Bravo to architects who created such a luxury green house.

This amazing 45,000 square foot house is located in the Cayman Islands. This grand and elaborate mansion belongs to a 35 year old Jerry Beck who is software billionaire. The price of this project is $ 60 million. The house impresses with its luxury and is one of the most magnificent houses I have ever seen. The residence feature wine room, home theater, lavish billiards room with custom made bar, gym, steam room, spa, staff quarters, tennis court, helipad, spectacular views of the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea and much more. We especially love the back of the house with the panoramic windows, huge swimming pool with grotto (like in the Playboy Mansion) and caves.
