"Green" technologies as solar panels and water heaters, as well as its cleaning systems demonstrate high efficiency, so the project was awarded a silver LEED certificate. The elegant building is located on a steep slope and a bridged entry leads directly into a glass-walled living area that overlooks the expansive golf course below.
